I think you’ll find that most people who ship Zaylor aren’t totally serious about it and don’t believe that it’s actually real.
Also, most shippers and writers of Zaylor/etc tend to explore the tortured, angsty side of forbidden love, and the tenderness between the brothers. Yes there are some stories with very graphic sex but even so, most of those stories are still very romance-focused.
However, like any types of taboo, for some people (myself included) it has a dark attraction which makes it hot. I’m not gonna deny that. But if we can’t explore these things on the web, where else? It’s a free place where anything goes, and Zaylor has the same right to be there as Disney, fluffy bunnies and cats.
I also don’t think that Hanson themselves give a damn about it - as long as it’s not rubbed in their faces and as long as it’s kept away from HNET. I think any fanfiction should be kept away from them, and it’s interesting to think that actually the only writers who don’t seem to care about this are certain ‘het’ writers (one in particular) who have been sharing links to their fictions on the Hanson app.
Ultimately if you don’t want to see Zaylor, don’t click on the links. If seeing a (badly) photoshopped picture of the guys where they are made to look as if they are holding hands with animated hearts around them and soft focus effects, just ignore it.
But I know that I’d much rather see a soft focus Zaylor shopped pic than an endless stream of photos of other Hanson brothers/sisters when they were children and so on.
You tell me: what’s creepier?
Can someone just find the thought of two BROTHERS having sex disgusting?
In my opinion, Zaylor can exist on the net or wherever you want, but I’ll always find it disgusting.
Think for a moment of you having sex or feeling something more than brotherly love for your brother/sister. Ewwww!!!
Well, I’ll add a couple of points to this:
1) Sibling incest does happen so, whether you find it disgusting or not, someone somewhere is actually doing it as we speak;
2) I find other things disgusting - so I avoid them.
I find creeping on hansons’ children (the band OR their sibling) and posting those photos on the net far more disturbing than fictional writing.
